为落实中办、国办印发的《关于进一步深化税收征管改革的意见》要求，加大推广使用全面数字化的电子发票（以下简称“全电发票”）力度。经国家税务总局深圳市税务局同意，我司作为试点纳税人于2023年3月16日正式全面启用“全电发票”，请悉知。
关于全电发票，特温馨提示如下，如有更多疑问，可咨询当地税务机关。
1、全电发票样式详见附件。
2、全电发票的法律效力、基本用途等与现有纸质发票相同。其中，带有“增值税专用发票”字样的全电发票，其法律效力、基本用途等与现有增值税专用发票相同；带有“普通发票”字样的全电发票，其法律效力、基本用途等与现有普通发票相同。
3、全电发票可自行打印，无需要求销售方在纸质打印件上加盖发票专用章。
4、全电发票可通过全国增值税发票查验平台（https://inv-veri.chinatax.gov.cn）查验全电发票真伪信息。
